She has built and scaled businesses across three continents, including founding TBWA Bulgaria (later acquired by Omnicom Group) and launching nonprofits and a social enterprise in New York.

Passionate about startups and venture building, Silvana has helped early-stage companies navigate growth and innovation. She has held leadership roles in venture capital and incubation, serving as a manager at Qi Ventures in NYC and a partner at Pop Up Ventures, supporting emerging businesses.

As Managing Director & Head of Strategic Relations at Diamond Standard, she leads global partnerships for the world’s first regulator-approved diamond commodity, enabling investors to access a $1.2 trillion natural resourcethrough blockchain tokenization. She is also the Founder & Chair of the Tokenized Commodities Council, advocating for education and sustainable practices in real-world asset tokenization.
