I started in the traditional business world, where success meant revenue, growth, and investor returns - which led me to burnout. I believed in giving back, but one day, an investor’s words hit me:
"Business first—then impact."
They were right — my company, like most, wasn’t built for impact. So I started searching for alternative business structures, which led me to explore social business.
The Missing Piece
I spent a year researching, even traveling to India to test models. But one question changed everything:
"If social businesses operate like traditional ones, won’t they lead to the same stress and sacrifice?"
That was my turning point. Profit and impact alone aren’t enough—health must be a pillar too.
