Norbert has over 20 years of experience in financial and transaction services, managing complex financial operations across Central Eastern Europe and the South Pacific.

Throughout his career, he has worked across multiple industries, focusing on team leadership, investment management, and financial strategy. He believes that true success is built on honesty, trust, and strong communication—principles that have guided him throughout his professional journey.

Earlier, Norbert led advisory teams at EY and Mazars in Hungary, delivering due diligence, M&A, valuation, and business modeling services. He played a key role in business development across Central Eastern Europe, helping position Mazars as a leading transaction support advisor. As CFO at the Hungarian Power Exchange, he helped transform it into a liquid, internationally recognized market, improving trading systems and financial operations.

As Co-CEO at MTSL in Papua New Guinea, Norbert restructured the company and managed the Pacific Balanced Fund, one of the country's largest public funds, achieving over 20% growth through strategic transactions.

Beyond corporate finance, he is also active in angel investments, supporting startups and providing strategic guidance to the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.
