Since entering the crypto space in 2018, Boris spent six years at Ripple, where he spearheaded the RLUSD stablecoin initiative and drove the growth of XRP liquidity.

Currently, he leads institutional partnerships at Babylon, leveraging his deep expertise to foster collaboration and adoption in the blockchain ecosystem.

Before transitioning to crypto, Boris spent seven years in Sales & Trading and Investment Banking at JP Morgan and MUFG, refining his financial acumen.

A CFA charterholder, Boris holds an MBA from Wharton Business School and an MA in International Studies from the Lauder Institute.
